Click OK and you will go to the first Preset.

You can now choose from all Presets.
Sometimes a little patience before the command is executed.
Ignore the little popup in left corner,
on mobile use < (page back)

Use Edge, in IE mode, for a complete Control of the WebCam.
PTZ, Presets, Zoom etc...

The needed files will install automatic.

For only Live Video use a Streaming Program for a RTSP stream at:

A popular program VLC Media Player.
LIVE Video but no PTZ and no Control.
